The Overseas Traveler’s Insurance of AIG ranks number 1 in Korean real property. It is an insurance product that serves as an all-in-one overseas travel insurance for overseas travelers. It insures the traveler for various kinds of illnesses and accidents from the time of departure from his or her home until he or she finishes the trip and arrives at home. AIG provides numerous kinds of overseas traveler’s insurance with respect to different traveling purposes, including overseas studies, overseas exchange professorship, business trips, and so forth. Apart from this, customers may also make use of AIG’s 24-hour Korean language support service available all over the world. Overseas Traveler’s Insurance of AIG is a necessity of overseas travel and reassures travelers during the journey regardless of the time or place.

1,000 Won = 2 Miles
Maximum miles to accumulate = 1,000 miles.

How to accumulate mileage

This service is limited to JMB members residing in Korea.

Members may accumulate mileage in three ways:

  1. Telephone: Please provide your JMB membership number and state that you would like to apply for this service at the time you agree to enroll in the insurance.
  2. Visit: Please show your JMB membership card and state that you would like to apply for this service at the time you sign the contract of Overseas Traveler’s Insurance at the booth of American Home Assurance Korea(AIG) in Incheon International Airport.
  3. Internet: Please input your JMB membership number into the online application form and state that you would like to apply for this service at the time when staff from American Home Assurance Korea(AIG) call center contacts you.

Note

  1. Only the insurant can apply for this service.
  2. This service is limited to individual applicants.
  3. This service may become invalid if the insurant cancel the contract before the start of the insurance service.
  4. Mileage may be accumulated 2 months after the contract agreement.
  5. Post-registration of mileage may not be accepted.
