Online Process of Reservation and Ticket Purchase |
|
The reservation and Ticket purchase must be made at the same time through this online service. Your reservation cannot be completed without ticket purchase. Ticket purchase for the reservation created by other services cannot be accepted.

Payment |
|
Payment must be made by credit card in Hong Kong dollar. The credit card holder must be same as the traveler.
The following credit cards can be accepted: AMEX, DINERS CLUB, JCB, MasterCard, VISA (All types of credit cards settled by “UNION PAY” in China will not be accepted.) The transaction will be processed by Japan Airlines Hong Kong office.

Fares and Taxes |
|
Fares, Taxes, and other charges are not guaranteed until ticketed. We will contact passenger if there is a difference on the exchange rate or a system error. Additionally if the system is unable to calculate the airfare automatically, we will not be able to complete the online purchase application. |

Reservation and Purchases may be made up to 48hours before departure. |

Number of Travelers |
|
Reservation can be made for up to nine passengers (including the credit card holder) in one transaction. This service is not available for children under 12 years old if not accompanied by an adult.
(A child is defined as between 2 and 11 years old at time of first flight departure.) |

Infant Ticket |
|
Infant ticket is not available through this online service. (An infant is defined as below 2 years old at time of first flight departure.)

Type of Itinerary |
|
Through this service, we accept a reservation on JAL Group flights only. As the eligible sectors may vary with the fare basis, please confirm with the fare rules.
The flights shown through this service are automatically arranged and limited for available flights.
Wait lists are not accepted through this service.If you would like to reserve a flight, which is not available through this online service, please call JAL Reservation Centre, China (Hong Kong) 2523-0081 (Mon. - Fri.: 08:00-18:30 / Sat., Sun.: 08:00-18:00) |

The process from the application to ticket issuance |
|
When your purchase process is completed, a confirmation notice will be sent to the registered e-mail address.
Upon issuance of e-ticket, JAL will send the e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt to your e-mail address.
If the e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt is not received by the following day after completing the purchase, please contact JAL Hong Kong Ticket Service 2175-5333 (09:00-17:30 / Daily).
In addition, if the transaction is not completed with full passenger's data and credit card information, the reservation will be canceled without prior notice. |

e-ticket |
|
An e-ticket is a ticket held in JAL's computer system and flight coupons are not printed.
We will issue an e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt instead of a paper ticket.
Please take your e-ticket Itinerary/Receipt with you throughout your journey. |

Ticket |
|
Tickets, including e-tickets, are not transferable. We cannot change the passenger name on the ticket after it is purchased. |

Refund |
|
Cancellations will be subject to a refund service charge or a cancellation penalty in accordance with the fare rules, whichever is higher. |

Reconfirmation, Changes |
|
Reconfirmation, changes or cancellations are not available through this online service.
Restrictions may apply for reservation changes. Moreover, Changes of first international flight may be subjected to fares/charges reassessment.
