| Cancellation and Refund |
Before departure: For totally unused ticket, HKD1000 refund penalty apply.
After departure: For partial used ticket, refund the difference between fare paid and applicable fare for the transportation used, and HKD1000 refund penalty apply.
No refund will be made for voluntary or involuntary downgrade. |
